Dietary Requirements and Allergies

* Please inform us in advance if you or your guests have any dietary requirements, allergies, or restrictions.
* This information must be provided at the time of booking.
* While we will do our best to accommodate allergy requests, we cannot guarantee that dishes will be completely free from allergens.
* Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that suitable options will be available.

Deposits for Large Tables

* For reservations of 10 or more guests, a deposit of £10 per person is required.
• This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or changes to the number of guests are not communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy (General Reservations)

For all reservations of 5 guests or more, credit card details are required to secure the booking.

Your card will only be charged if:

• You fail to attend your booking (no-show).
• You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice before your booking time.
• The charge applied will be £10 per person reserved.

Late Night Dining

For bookings made after 8pm, your table is yours for the rest of the evening so sit back, relax, celebrate, and enjoy the night with us at your own pace.

Celebrating Something Special?

Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, graduation, family gathering, or simply a special night out, we’d love to celebrate with you. Let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion and we can make it extra special with a delicious dessert & sparkling candle experience from our team.

Children Policy

* Children under the age of 5 years are not permitted in the restaurant after 8:00 PM. Cancellation Policy (General Reservations)

Christmas Bookings

* For all Christmas reservations, a deposit of £20 per person is required.
* This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
* Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund.
* Deposits are non-refundable after the 7-day period.
